Funky Jamaican rum blended with milk, cream, demerara syrup and vanilla into a cold, spiced milkshake for grown-ups, finished with nutmeg.

Ingredients
- Dark Jamaican rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Whole milk60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh cream60 ml (2 oz)
- Demerara syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Vanilla extract0.5 tsp
- Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Grate nutmeg over the top.
