Fresh cream85 ml (2.9 oz)

How to Make It
Shake the egg, sugar and salt without ice until the sugar dissolves and the egg is frothy.
Add the bourbon, cognac, rum, milk and cream with ice.
Shake hard until very cold.
Strain into a chilled glass without ice.
Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
