Barbados Rum Punch Recipe
The island's sweet-and-sour rum punch, finished with bitters and a heavy grating of nutmeg.

Ingredients
- Dark Barbados rum60 ml
- Fresh lime juice20 ml
- Simple syrup40 ml
- Cold water80 ml
- Angostura bitters4 dash
How to Make It
- Stir the lime juice and the sugar syrup together in a highball glass until dissolved.
- Add the rum and the water, then fill the glass with ice.
- Stir well until the outside of the glass turns cold.
- Add the bitters, grate nutmeg over the top and garnish with the orange slice.
