1. Veri Sorumlusu

Volkan Günay, Ankara / Türkiye. İletişim: hello@vomcore.com. Bu politika, Siplore uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kapsar ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.

2. Özet

Siplore'u hesapsız gezebilirsin; katalog favorilerin ve ayarların yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Topluluk özelliklerini (kendi tarifini paylaşma, yorum, favori, puan, takip) kullanmak istersen Apple veya Google ile isteğe bağlı bir hesap oluşturursun; bu durumda aşağıda açıklanan hesap ve içerik verileri sunucularımızda tutulur. Kişisel verilerini satmayız.

3. Topladığımız Veriler

  • Cihazda tutulan veriler: Katalog favorileri; dil, tema ve günlük bildirim tercihleri — yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı silersen bu veriler de silinir.
  • Hesap verileri (yalnızca giriş yaparsan): Apple/Google girişinden gelen ad ve e-posta adresi, seçtiğin görünen ad, profil fotoğrafı ve tanıtım yazısı.
  • Topluluk içeriği (yalnızca giriş yaparsan): Paylaştığın tarifler ve fotoğrafları, yorumların, favorilerin, 1-5 yıldız puanların, takip ettiğin/engellediğin kullanıcılar ve yaptığın şikayetler. Yüklenen fotoğraflar, uygunsuz içeriği engellemek için otomatik olarak taranır (AWS Rekognition).
  • Tarif isteği verileri: Tarif kataloğunu göstermek için sunucularımıza yapılan istekler (seçilen dil, aranan kelime gibi).
  • Kullanım ve çökme verileri: Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için Google Firebase üzerinden anonimleştirilmiş kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme kayıtları.
  • Reklam verileri: Reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için Google AdMob, reklam tanımlayıcıları gibi sınırlı veriler işleyebilir.

4. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Dayanak

Verileri; tarif kataloğunu sunmak, uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve ücretsiz kullanımı reklamlarla finanse etmek için işleriz. Hukuki dayanaklar: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b), meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f) ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için açık rızan (GDPR m.6/1-a). Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda reklamlar için Google UMP onay formu gösterilir; iOS'ta Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni istenir ve reddedebilirsin.

5. Üçüncü Taraflar

  • Google AdMob: Reklam (banner ve geçiş reklamı) gösterimi ve ölçümü.
  • Google Firebase: Anonim kullanım istatistikleri (Analytics) ve çökme raporları (Crashlytics).
  • Amazon Web Services: Sunucu barındırma, veritabanı, fotoğraf depolama (S3) ve yüklenen görsellerin otomatik moderasyonu (Rekognition).
  • Apple / Google girişi: Hesap oluşturmayı seçersen kimliğini doğrulamak için kullanılır; şifreni asla görmeyiz ve saklamayız.

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; aktarım, KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V'e uygun güvencelerle yapılır.

6. Saklama ve Silme

Hesap verilerin ve topluluk içeriğin, hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Hesabını uygulama içinden (Profil → Hesabı sil) anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirsin; tariflerin, fotoğrafların, yorumların, favorilerin, puanların ve takip ilişkilerin dahil her şey silinir. Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla e-posta üzerinden talep edebilirsin. Cihazındaki verileri (katalog favorileri, tercihler) uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.

7. Hakların (KVKK m.11 / GDPR)

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızanı geri çekme haklarına sahipsin. Talepler için hello@vomcore.com. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya yerel veri koruma otoritene şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

8. Çocuklar ve Yaş Sınırı

Uygulama alkollü içecek tarifleri içerdiğinden, bulunduğun ülkedeki yasal içki tüketim yaşının altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değişir.

1. Data Controller

Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: hello@vomcore.com. This policy covers the Siplore app (the "App") and is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Summary

You can browse Siplore without an account — catalog favorites and settings stay on your device. If you want to use community features (sharing your own recipes, comments, favorites, ratings, follows), you create an optional account with Apple or Google; in that case the account and content data described below are stored on our servers. We never sell your personal data.

3. Data We Process

  • On-device data: Catalog favorites; language, theme and daily notification preferences — stored only on your device. Deleting the App removes them.
  • Account data (only if you sign in): Name and email address from your Apple/Google sign-in, your chosen display name, profile photo and bio.
  • Community content (only if you sign in): Recipes and photos you share, your comments, favorites, 1-5 star ratings, users you follow or block, and reports you submit. Uploaded photos are automatically screened for inappropriate content (AWS Rekognition).
  • Recipe request data: Requests to our servers to display the recipe catalog (such as selected language or search terms).
  • Usage and crash data: Anonymized usage statistics and crash reports via Google Firebase, used to improve the App.
  • Advertising data: Google AdMob may process limited data such as advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process data to provide the recipe catalog, improve the App and fund free use through advertising. Legal bases: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent for personalized advertising (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). In the European Economic Area, the Google UMP consent form is shown for ads; on iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, which you may decline.

5. Third Parties

  • Google AdMob: Serving and measuring ads (banner and interstitial).
  • Google Firebase: Anonymous usage statistics (Analytics) and crash reports (Crashlytics).
  • Amazon Web Services: Server hosting, database, photo storage (S3) and automatic moderation of uploaded images (Rekognition).
  • Apple / Google sign-in: Used to verify your identity if you choose to create an account; we never see or store your password.

These providers may operate servers abroad; transfers are made with safeguards compliant with GDPR Chapter V.

6. Retention and Deletion

Your account data and community content are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account inside the App (Profile → Delete account) instantly and permanently; everything is removed, including your recipes, photos, comments, favorites, ratings and follow relationships. If you no longer have access to the App, you can request deletion by email as described on the account deletion page. On-device data (catalog favorites, preferences) can be removed by deleting the App.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Send requests to hello@vomcore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Children and Age Limit

Because the App contains alcoholic beverage recipes, it is not directed to users under the legal drinking age in their country, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
