Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet
Siplore, dünya çapında kokteyl ve mokteyl tariflerini bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlı sunar. Uygulama, Volkan Günay (Ankara / Türkiye) tarafından yayınlanır. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Sorumlu Tüketim ve Yaş
Uygulama alkollü içecek tarifleri içerir. Uygulamayı yalnızca bulunduğun ülkedeki yasal içki tüketim yaşının üzerindeysen kullanmalısın. Tarifler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; alkolü sorumlu tüket, alkollü araç kullanma. Alkol tüketiminin sonuçlarından kullanıcı sorumludur.
3. Lisans
Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisansla kullanabilirsin.
4. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam (banner ve geçiş reklamı) içerir. Ücretsiz kullanım reklamlarla finanse edilir. Siplore Plus satın alındığında reklamlar kapanır.
4a. Siplore Plus
Uygulamadaki bütün tarifler kalıcı olarak ücretsizdir ve öyle kalacaktır. İsteğe bağlı Siplore Plus, tariflerin üzerine kişisel araç katmanını açar: Bar Dolabım (elindeki malzemelerle yapabileceklerin), alışveriş listesi, ölçü çevirimi ve porsiyon ölçekleme, isimli koleksiyonlar ve tarif notları, cihazlar arası bulut senkron ve reklamsız kullanım.
- İki seçenek: Ömür Boyu — tek seferlik ödeme, abonelik değildir, yenilenmez; ya da Yıllık — otomatik yenilenen abonelik.
- Fiyat: güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında ve mağaza sayfasında kendi para biriminde gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında App Store veya Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik yenileme (yalnız yıllık): Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre için otomatik yenilenir ve hesabından tahsil edilir.
- İptal: Aboneliği istediğin zaman mağaza hesabından yönetip iptal edebilirsin (iOS: Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler; Android: Google Play → Abonelikler). İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; başlamış dönem için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
- Geri yükleme: Cihaz değiştirdiğinde ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda satın alma ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle ile hakkını geri alırsın.
- İadeler: Ödemeler Apple ve Google tarafından işlenir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın kendi kuralları ve kanalları üzerinden yürür.
5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutma, hizmeti aksatma veya kötüye kullanma.
5a. Hesap, Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Topluluk Kuralları
Topluluk özellikleri için Apple veya Google ile isteğe bağlı bir hesap oluşturabilirsin. Paylaştığın tarifler, fotoğraflar ve yorumlar ("Kullanıcı İçeriği") sana aittir; bunları Uygulamada göstermemiz için bize dünya çapında, telifsiz, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsin. Yalnızca kendine ait içeriği paylaşabilirsin.
Uygunsuz içeriğe sıfır tolerans uygulanır: nefret söylemi, taciz, müstehcen veya şiddet içeren içerik, spam ve reklam yasaktır. İçerikler otomatik sistemlerle taranır; kullanıcılar içerik şikayet edebilir ve diğer kullanıcıları engelleyebilir. Şikayetleri 24 saat içinde inceler, kural ihlali içeren içeriği kaldırır ve ihlali tekrarlayan hesapları kapatırız. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin (bkz. Hesap Silme).
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama ve içerikler "olduğu gibi" sunulur; tariflerin doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu garanti edilmez. Alerjen ve malzeme kontrolü kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

1. Service
Siplore provides cocktail and mocktail recipes from around the world for informational and entertainment purposes. The App is published by Volkan Günay, Ankara, Türkiye. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Responsible Consumption and Age
The App contains alcoholic beverage recipes. You should use the App only if you are above the legal drinking age in your country. Recipes are for information only; drink responsibly and never drink and drive. Users are responsible for the consequences of alcohol consumption.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
4. Ads
The App is free and includes advertising (banner and interstitial ads). Free use is funded by advertising. Ads are removed when Siplore Plus is purchased.
4a. Siplore Plus
Every recipe in the App is free permanently and will stay that way. The optional Siplore Plus unlocks a personal layer on top of the recipes: My Bar (what you can make with the ingredients you have), a shopping list, unit conversion and batch scaling, named collections and recipe notes, cloud sync across devices, and ad-free use.
- Two options: Lifetime — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, it does not renew; or Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription.
- Price: the current price is shown in your own currency on the purchase screen and on the store page. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal (yearly only): The subscription renews automatically for the same period, and your account is charged, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time in your store account (iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refund is given for a period already started.
- Restore: When you change device or reinstall the App, use Restore purchases on the purchase screen to get your entitlement back.
- Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple and Google; refund requests follow each store's own rules and channels.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the App.
5a. Accounts, User Content and Community Rules
You may create an optional account with Apple or Google to use community features. Recipes, photos and comments you share ("User Content") remain yours; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display them in the App. Only share content that belongs to you.
We apply zero tolerance to objectionable content: hate speech, harassment, explicit or violent content, spam and advertising are prohibited. Content is screened by automated systems; users can report content and block other users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules and terminate repeat offenders' accounts. You can delete your account at any time inside the App (see Account Deletion).
6. Disclaimer
The App and its content are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any recipe. Checking allergens and ingredients is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
