Ingredients
- White rum22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Vodka22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Pineapple juice90 ml (3 oz)
- Blue curaçao15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of crushed ice.
- Blend briefly until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into a tall hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice, pineapple fronds and an orchid.

Created in 1957 by bartender Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, when a liqueur salesman asked him for a drink that showed off blue curaçao.
