Old Haitian Recipe

Ingredients
- White rhum agricole45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Demerara syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Orange curaçao1 tsp
- Angostura bitters3 dash
- Champagne60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the Champagne to a shaker with a little ice.
- Shake briefly just to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with Champagne and swizzle gently to mix.
- Garnish with a generous mint sprig.
