A mezcal mule with an Italian accent: smoke, a full ounce of lime and spicy ginger beer, softened by a half measure of almond-sweet amaretto.

Ingredients
- Mezcal60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Amaretto15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Ginger beer90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the mezcal, lime juice and amaretto to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just until cold.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
