Ingredients
Reposado tequila60 ml (2 oz)
Aperol30 ml (1 oz)
Grapefruit juice60 ml (2 oz)
Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
Add the tequila, Aperol and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake briefly, just until cold.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with the soda water and garnish with a grapefruit or orange peel.
