Ingredients
- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Dry sherry30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup1 tsp
- Ginger beer60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the gin, sherry, lime juice and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just until cold.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
