Ingredients
- Blanco tequila45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Ginger beer90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add the tequila, elderflower liqueur and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently once.
- Grate lime zest over the top and add an edible marigold flower.
