Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Angostura bitters14 dash
- Peychaud's bitters7 dash
- Orange bitters7 dash
How to Make It
- Add the gin, lime juice and syrup to a shaker, then dash in all three bitters.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
