Gin, lime and soda in a tall glass — here lightly sweetened and finished with citrus ribbons and fresh basil.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Simple syrup22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Shake the gin, lime juice and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon and lime ribbons and fresh basil, and serve with a straw.
