A South Side with cucumber: gin, lime, mint and sugar shaken with muddled cucumber for a cool, green, garden-fresh sour.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cucumber4 piece
- Fresh mint leaves8 piece
How to Make It
- Muddle three cucumber slices with the simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add the mint, gin, lime juice and ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
