Bourbon45 ml (1.5 oz)
Grapefruit juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Malört (Swedish-style wormwood liqueur)15 ml (0.5 oz)
Demerara syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe glass.
Float a lime wheel on top.
