Juliet & Romeo Recipe
A gin sour shaken with muddled cucumber and mint, then scented with rose water and dotted with bitters: cool, green and perfumed.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cucumber3 piece
- Fresh mint leaves1 piece
- Rose water1 drop
- Angostura bitters3 drop
How to Make It
- Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker, then add the mint sprig, gin, lime juice and syrup.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Float a mint leaf on top, put a drop of rose water on it and dot three drops of bitters around it.
