Ingredients
- Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
- Bergamot liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Prosecco90 ml (3 oz)
- Orange soda60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Shake the tequila, bergamot liqueur and lemon juice briefly with ice.
- Strain into a large wine glass filled with ice.
- Top with the Prosecco and orange soda and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange wheel.
