Ingredients
- Vodka30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Peach liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Strawberries1 piece
- Peychaud's bitters2 dash
- Prosecco90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Muddle the strawberry in a shaker.
- Add everything except the prosecco with ice and shake until chilled.
- Double-strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Top with the prosecco and stir gently once.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and an edible flower.
