Ingredients
- Blanco tequila45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Aperol30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Coconut water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
