Ingredients
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Orange curaçao15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Mezcal7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Grapefruit juice60 ml (2 oz)
- Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the soda water to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Top with the soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of dried grapefruit.
