Ingredients
Blanco tequila45 ml (1.5 oz)
Cointreau22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
Moisten the rim of a chilled coupe and dip it in sugar.
Shake the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and syrup hard with ice.
Double-strain into the prepared coupe.
Finish with a few drops of orange flower water on the surface.
