A bourbon mule made with ginger syrup and soda rather than ginger beer, with passion fruit syrup adding a tropical tang.

Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Ginger syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the bourbon, lime juice and both syrups to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly until cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the soda water, stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
