Port Light Recipe
A rare whiskey tiki drink: bourbon with lemon, passion fruit syrup and grenadine — red, tart and surprisingly tropical.

Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Grenadine7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
