A mule that trades ginger beer for ginger syrup and prosecco, with raspberry liqueur turning it pink and berry-bright.

Ingredients
- Vodka30 ml (1 oz)
- Raspberry liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Ginger syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Prosecco75 ml (2.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the vodka, raspberry liqueur, lime juice and ginger syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Top with the prosecco and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
