Maracuyá Mojito Recipe
A Mojito with passion fruit syrup standing in for the sugar: white rum, lime and mint with a tart tropical edge, lengthened with soda.

Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves4 piece
- Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and mint leaves to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just enough to chill without shredding the mint.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
