Ingredients
Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Raspberry syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Ginger syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
Add everything except the soda water to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
Top with the soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge or fresh raspberries.
