Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Dry sherry22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Orgeat syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Dust the top lightly with cocoa powder.
