- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Pineapple juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard so the pineapple juice froths.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve without garnish.
