Coconut rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
Aperitif wine30 ml (1 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Gentian liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
White crème de cacao15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Float a dehydrated lemon wheel on top.
