Ingredients
Mezcal45 ml (1.5 oz)
Cloudy apple juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fig jam1 tsp
How to Make It
Stir the fig jam into the mezcal in the shaker to loosen it.
Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
Shake hard until well chilled.
Double-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Briefly torch a bay leaf and set it on top.
