- Mezcal22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Green Chartreuse22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Maraschino liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Pineapple juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
