A gin tiki sour with lemon, pineapple and orgeat, tinted faintly pink and given an anise edge by Peychaud's bitters.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Orgeat syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Peychaud's bitters2 dash
- Pineapple juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until cold and frothy.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an edible orchid.
