A rare gin-based tiki drink: pineapple and lemon rounded out with almond orgeat — soft, fruity and lighter than its rum cousins.

Ingredients
- Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Orgeat syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a generous bouquet of mint.
