Ingredients
Gin30 ml (1 oz)
Brandy22 ml (0.7 oz)
Elderflower liqueur7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Ginger syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Tonic water45 ml (1.5 oz)
How to Make It
Add everything except the tonic water to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with the tonic water and stir once, gently.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
