Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cucumber3 piece
- Fresh mint leaves8 piece
- Ginger beer75 ml (2.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, cucumber slices and mint to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard so the cucumber and mint break up.
- Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheels.
