- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Tonic water45 ml (1.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and syrup.
- Top with the tonic water and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a thin lemon wheel and, if you like, viola flowers.
