Ingredients
Overproof rum60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Cold water45 ml (1.5 oz)
Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
Add the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, water and bitters to a shaker with ice.
Shake briefly, just enough to chill.
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
