Airmail

A honey Daiquiri finished with champagne: rum, lime and honey underneath, dry bubbles on top.

How to Make It

  1. Add the rum, lime juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Top with the champagne and garnish with an orange or lime peel.
