A daiquiri turned up to full power: overproof Jamaican-style rum, Green Chartreuse, lime and a little falernum — fierce, herbal and sharply sour.

Ingredients
- Overproof rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Green Chartreuse22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Falernum7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until very cold.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
