Ingredients
- Mezcal15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Vermouth bianco30 ml (1 oz)
- Gentian liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
- Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the mezcal, vermouth and gentian liqueur.
- Top with soda water and stir once, gently.
- Express a grapefruit twist over the glass and drop it in.
