Ingredients
- Islay Scotch whisky45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Vermouth bianco22 ml (0.7 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Express a grapefruit twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
