- Mezcal15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Campari15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth30 ml (1 oz)
- Beer90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass with ice and tuck in the grapefruit slices.
- Add the mezcal, Campari and sweet vermouth.
- Top slowly with cold beer and stir once to combine.
