Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
- Aperol15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Soda water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add mezcal, Aperol, passion fruit syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Float half a passion fruit on top.
