Ingredients
- Vodka37.5 ml (1.3 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Falernum22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Passion fruit syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Vanilla syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Sparkling wine30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the sparkling wine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with the sparkling wine.
- Dust with hibiscus powder if you like.
