After All Imperial Recipe
A short apple-brandy and peach sour, lengthened with champagne — orchard fruit with bubbles, built along the lines of a French 75.

Ingredients
- Calvados45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Peach liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Champagne60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the champagne to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with the champagne and garnish with a sprig of mint or rosemary.
