Ingredients
- Vodka60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Soda water45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Cucumber3 piece
- Fresh mint leaves10 piece
How to Make It
- Muddle the cucumber slices with the simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add the leaves from two mint sprigs, the vodka, lemon juice and ice, and shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a large chilled coupe.
- Top with the soda water and serve without garnish.
