Irish whiskey60 ml (2 oz)
Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Fresh basil leaves6 piece
How to Make It
Gently press the basil leaves with the syrup in the bottom of a julep cup.
Add the whiskey and fill the cup halfway with crushed ice.
Stir until the outside of the cup frosts.
Mound more crushed ice on top and garnish with a basil sprig.
