Irish whiskey60 ml (2 oz)
Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Cucumber2 piece
How to Make It
Muddle the two cucumber slices in the bottom of a shaker.
Add the whiskey, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.
