Ingredients
Mezcal60 ml (2 oz)
Agave syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Ginger syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Lime (cut in wedges)3 piece
Fresh chilli1 piece
How to Make It
Muddle the lime wedges and the chilli slice in a shaker.
Add the mezcal, agave syrup, ginger syrup and lemon juice with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a strip of beef jerky.
