Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
- Génépy15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Fresh basil leaves2 piece
- Fresh chilli1 piece
- Angostura bitters4 dash
How to Make It
- Add the mezcal, génépy, lemon juice, syrup, basil and chilli slice to a blender with a small scoop of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into an old fashioned glass.
- Dash the Angostura bitters over the top and garnish with a basil leaf.
